Spherion is currently looking for an Entry Level Recruiter in St. Louis, MO.  

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

Interact with applicants via telephone  to fill open positions and perform a variety of activities in support of the employment processes, including but not limited to: filing open requisitions; reviewing applications and resumes; scheduling interviews, administering assessment tests to applicants as appropriate; conducting employment reference and background checks on candidates; entering new hire information into internal systems; generating and sending offer and/or reject letters

 

Using appropriate recruiting tools to source for qualified candidates

 

General Administrative work such as, faxing, filing, copying

 

Utilizing Microsoft Word and Outlook daily

 

 Inbound/Outbound Phone calls

 

Qualifications will include:

§         High School Diploma required – Bachelors Degree preferred

§         Knowledge of Microsoft Office –Word and Outlook

§         Internet usage

§         Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

§         Comfortable working on the phone all day

§         Customer Service skills

§         Knowledge of all basic office equipment
