The Role

The candidate's career will begin in the Global Customer Support Department, where the candidate will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business, our clients, as well as training on the global financial markets.  From there, the candidate will move to Sales Desk where the person in this role will develop a deeper understanding of our products and analytical tools while assisting our clients with their use of the Bloomberg Professional Service. By interacting with and educating our clients every day, this individual will develop the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in Sales where the candidate will be responsible for selling and supporting Bloomberg solutions to both potential and existing clients.

Interest in the financial markets Customer service skills  Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: Japanese, Italian, German, French, Portuguese or Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and ability to work well under pressure Strong problem solving skills Team player
