We are looking for recent college graduates with majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics and Finance to fill entry-level openings within our Hedge Fund Accounting and Back Office Operations areas. These positions are in our Hartford, CT office.

 

Candidates must possess:

 

Strong work ethic to sustain rigorous hours and busy training schedule Excellent PC Skills, including MS Word and Excel Strong Math / Accounting skills Financial product knowledge Motivation to excel and desire to be above average in assigned area of work leadership and drive Excellent team skills and be capable of working within a group toward the completion of a single goal Problem-solving ability
