•Lead a diverse group of co-workers towards the common goals through persuasion, motivation and cooperation.
•Possess a strong motivation to succeed and a high energy level, with a willingness to do more than just the minimum required.

ASSISTANT MANAGER COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Our Assistant Managers are hourly paid, work a 55 hour, 5 day work week and make between $28k to $32k annually depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, short-term disability, long term disability, and life insurance. In addition we offer a 401K retirement plan with $ matching, and paid vacation.
