Training and Development
At Worldwide Express, we understand that our sales force is truly the lifeblood of our organization and the driving force behind our accomplishments. New hires can expect three weeks of corporate training inside of their first 18 months, with the potential for additional senior sales trainings and management trainings further into their career. All trainings take place in Dallas, TX and are led by the Executive Development Team, who themselves started in sales.
Basic Sales and Advanced Basic Sales
These classes give our new Sales Executives the foundation required to see early results and focuses on indoctrinating them into the Worldwide Express culture.
A.C.E (Advanced Concepts in Excellence) TrainingThis invitation only class focuses on further sharpening the sales executive’s overall skill set and handling advanced customer objections.
Management and Advanced Management
These classes are set up to take our best and brightest Sales Executives and prepare them to do all that is required to lead a sales office.
Advancement Opportunity
Worldwide Express continues to be the premier development platform for Sales Executives who seek to develop and advance into Senior Sales and Management positions. All promotions at Worldwide Express come from within our system. A typical promotion path into the management role comes from performing at a high level in the sales executive position or senior sales position for about 18-36 months. For individuals looking to stay in sales and follow the senior sales path, our Strategic Account Sales (SAS) program offers the opportunity to work with larger more strategic accounts. Individuals in this program typically demonstrate a mastery of the sales position with about 18-36 months of high performance.

Competitive base salary, plus monthly commissions and bonuses included. Full health, cell phone and monthly car allowance.
Average first year income ranges from $40-$50k
Average second year income ranges from $50-$70k
