Project Manager (5+ years) - immediate need Akron OH 44309 Assignment: 1) Executing basic project management processes to implement projects, coordinating and negotiating resources/deliverables with business and IT line managers. 2) Quantifying project impacts 3) Assembling a project plan to include measurements, schedules, critical path, risks and mitigations, training plan, budget, and termination plan. 4) Determining the impact 5) Managing identification and resolution of problems. 6) Planning and Coordination of testing 7) Successfully applying and enforcing client methodology. 8) Ability to work in a Matrix Resource environment. 9) Ability to facilitate business/IT functional requirements gathering sessions for project/program. 10) Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
