ops, tests, documents, starts-up & operates training for large titanium & stainless-steel annealing line SCADA & Tracking Systems; Maintains & troubleshoots a real-time thermal image analysis system for hot spot detection on torpedo cars; Maintains & troubleshoots a slab quality prediction, slab cut optimization & strand temperature control system for a continuous casting machine. Bachelor's degree in Elec. Eng., Comp. Eng. or related field + 3 yrs exp. Exp must involve: Design, develop & troubleshoot large SCADA systems for iron & steel industry; Real-time thermal image analysis; Programming slab quality, mold level & strand temperature control models for Continuous Casting Machines; Design, develop & troubleshoot large product tracking systems for iron & steel industry.
