Kelly Engineering Resources is currently in need of an Electrical Engineer in Sacramento, CA. This individual must have 8-11 yrs of experience in the design and test of FPGAs and/or circuit card assemblies. Candidate must be capable of working on an assigned task while technically leading a small group of engineers on a larger task. This engineering position is a 10-12 month(s) contract position. Required Experience and Skills: ' Electrical Design Engineer Expert 8.0 Required ' Very strong VHDL coding skills ' Experience with Xilinx FPGA design flow ' Experience with Modelsim, Synplicity Synplify Pro, Xilinx ISE. Expertise in synchronous digital logic design ' Capable of consistently meeting task's schedule commitments ' Capable of designing solutions for highly complex problems ' Experience with Mentor Graphics Design Architect schematic capture tool ' Experience with signal integrity analysis ' Experience with Telecommunications Protocols (IP Packet processing) and DSP ' Experience with PowerPC / Embedded Processors Kelly Engineering Resources® specializes in providing companies around the world with qualified engineers, designers, drafters, and technicians.
