Minimum of 5 years experience as an Engineering Manager.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree. High pressure aluminum die casting. Automotive industry helpful. Process and tool engineering experience. Tool design. Cost awareness, process development and improvement. Supervising and training personnel. TS-16949, ISO-9000 and ISO-14000. Lean manufacturing training and experience. Customer and supplier relations.
