To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

 

MUST HAVES:

·        A BS Engineering Degree is required, you will not be considered without this

·        8 + years of overall experience in a manufacturing environment

·        Previous management experience with strong project management

·        Experience with rotating machinery, compressors or pumps

 

PLUSES ++:

·        An Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus +

·        A Masters Degree is a plus +

·        Exposure to and experience with Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement methodologies +

·        BAAN project management experience is a plus +

The successful applicant will report directly to the VP and will manage 5 direct reports including an Aerodynamic Engineer, Technical Analysis Manager and 3D Modeling Engineer in this less than 150 employee union facility.  The individual will manage the engineers to make sure customer orders meet specifications & are on time, be a technical consultant for the engineers in the product group, and supervise Project Engineers in sales as just a few of their responsibilities.  In addition the applicant will be responsible for the engineering & design of their product and be a technical resource for the facility.  If you are looking to join a world-class company, apply today!
