National Engineering Firm with great downtown location is in need of a registered Engineer to lead their growing efforts in the Healthcare Industry. Candidate will have a minimum of 10 SOLID years experience working on Healthcare Facilities Projects, with a specific focus on large-scale Hospital and Clinic Design.

This position is with a large MEP Engineering Firm, so the ideal candidate will possess professional registration as a Mechanical or Electrical PE in Arizona. This is a team lead position that will include supervision of staff, client programming and business development, budgeting, coordination with other disciplines, and overall project management of the most important projects within the office.

The Senior Project Manager's position will eventually grow into an Office Manager/Vice President's position, so a definite career path is the major benefit of this position. Confidential Interviews begin immediately!!

Specific Job Functions:

·         In charge of financial results of the team, (profitability and accounts receivables) .

·         In charge of client interaction and development of specialized new business ventures.

·         Working closely with a Senior Vice President to plan, recruit, select, and provide training for all Phoenix based personnel.

·         Supervisor of staff to ensure all company policies are followed by the team.

·         Ensures entire team adheres to the requirements of our quality assurance and quality control policies.

·         Direct supervision and monitoring of all projects in progress in Phoenix to ensure the work is performed on time and in accordance with our client's requirements and within our companies guidelines.

·         Oversees all Engineering and Design group's production of construction documents, i.e. drawings and specifications, for the building of new hospitals and for renovations and additions to existing hospitals.

·         Will attend all design meetings with Owners and Architects to determine project scope and coordinate between disciplines.
