IMMEDIATE NEED!!! Client located in south Maine has an immediate need for an Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have management experience for companies involved in the design and fabrication of equipment for Power, Utility, and Industrial customers. Related product experience will include expansion joints, dampers, diverters, bypass systems, and exhaust systems. Requirements should include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Industry related experience with medium to large metal structures and mechanical equipment, preferably in the power generation field; Experience in the review of technical and commercial specifications; Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO systems; Experience with AutoCAD; International experience a plus. Daily responsibilities will consist of: Managing a team of over 20 civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers and drafters; Producing design solutions and equipment for customers from initial project kick-off to final design, fabrication and shipment. International travel will be required at times. Excellent benefits and relocation available. Questions you will be asked:
