Description:
Our client is seeking a qualified Engineering Manager to manage the applications engineering team. The Engineering Manager will oversee and contribute to the design and development of equipment and systems or redesign to existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers. Provides high level customer support. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Leads and directs the work of others on the engineering team. Acts as valued resource and advisor to sales and manufacturing. Serves as primary liaison in development alliances.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; At least 4 years of mechanical engineering experience; Very proficient in AutoDesk CAD and/or Inventor; Good PC proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Intuitive ERP; Knowledge of project management process and tools; Above average mechanical comprehension, spatial relations, and mathematical skills; Experience with new product development; Demonstrated well developed verbal and written skills; 2 years of management experience would be a plus; Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in the metal finishing, tube tool, HVAC, or boiler industries is a plus; MUST have energy and drive; Demonstrated creativity and innovation.
