Position Description:

Responsibilities: • Responsible for Software Architecture of wireless products like Bluetooth, 802.11, 802.16e, GSM, GPRS, W-CDMA and other wireless technologies. • Work with marketing team to understand requirements and generate detailed technical requirements. • Attend IEEE and other industry standard body meetings. • Develop design documents and algorithms to implement features like mesh, handoff, rate adaptation and other features. • Work on prototype implementation on embedded platforms.

Qualifications:

Wireless Systems Architect • Masters with 5+ years experience. PhD with 2+ years of industry experience. Experience using C on embedded platform. • Must be a quick learner, driven with a can-do attitude and a team player. • Exposure to communication protocols like 802.11, Bluetooth, GSM, GPRS, 802.16e etc. required.
