_ ITT Communications Systems (CS), Fort Wayne, Indiana has a significant opportunity for an entry-level Engineer. The Engineer I-Digital/ASIC/FPGA Design will design ASICs, FPGAs and CPLDs. Digital design of embedded systems. Verify the design through simulation and the lab. Participate on teams to design ASICs, FPGAs, and CPLDs and embedded designs. This will support the design of communication systems using embedded processors. Equivalent Education Level Required: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Experience Required: None. College labs or projects involving Digital Design, VHDL, Embedded Systems, Digital Signal Processing, programming, computer architecture. Knowledge Required: Strong knowledge base in digital design, embedded systems, communication systems, and computer architecture.
