The Engagement manager will manage annual assurance engagements including all aspects of financial statement reporting, coordination of resources and staffing for engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, planning the engagement and other administrative functions. This role will also work with Senior Management to develop and manage client relationships and promote new business opportunities. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years audit experience preferably within public accounting. A strong technical audit background with some tax experience is beneficial. Experience with manufacturing, construction and service organizations desired. Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word desired. Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate the potential to develop new business opportunities. Previous experience with supervision of personnel. Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required. EOE M/F/D/V
