Task and Responsibilities:Target, qualify, develop and close performance contract sales opportunities through executive level relationships and meet stated sales goal in public sector markets Business plan designed to prioritize efforts based on market opportunities within stated area. This plan will be rolled into the overall regional business plan Appointments with and articulate value proposition of Honeywell’s offering to C level customers Presentations to Boards, Councils and other high-level decision makers Lead a team of other sales representatives, engineers, project managers, financial and supply chain management specialists and contract management resources towards developing solutions for Honeywell’s customers that have specific business, financial and technical components Ongoing customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction Business development acumen so as to determine customer specific value propositions, industry and market drivers, business objectives, challenges and issues The link between energy solutions and helping customers attain business goals/objectives in lieu of energy savings as an end to itself Strong leadership including account management of the customer’s team; co-development of critical milestones that encompass customer decision points, and all 3rd party engagements (outside legal counsel, financial, regulatory agencies, etc.); and accountability for monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan achievements as order timing is critical to overall business results. Bachelor's DegreeAccount Executive Experience needed.
