We are currently seeking An Energy and Sustainability Program Manager to join our office located in either New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ.

ENERGY AND SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER - New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities:
Manage energy and sustainability initiatives
Prepare monthly variance and status reports and conduct monthly energy team meetings
Develop site energy, water and waste profiles through periodic audits
Review utility rates and riders to ensure best cost for utilities
Audit and control energy and sustainability performance of landlord managed properties
Assist all sites with sustainability related issues and identifying utility and waste savings projects
Develop projects that include formalizing scope, obtaining quotes, performing project savings analysis and obtaining project approval
Manage the implementation of energy and sustainability projects.
Develop Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and participate in CSR governance
Train and support Facility Management Team
Communicate past, present and future energy and sustainability plans and performance through formal presentations to client

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
Minimum of 15+ years experience in the energy and/or facility management services
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation preferred
LEED Certification designation preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
Must be detail oriented, analytical and computer literate
Demonstrated leadership/management skills
Strong verbal/written communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
