A large full-service international law firm is seeking an experienced employee benefits and executive compensation attorney to join their thriving practice in San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience. Candidates must have a background in securities and tax experience. ERISA experience is a big plus! Large law firm experience and CA Bar preferred.

Candidates must have a strong academic record from a top-tier law school.

Compensation is dependent on experience.
