SimonSolutions, Inc was hired by a growing Employee Benefits organization to locate an Account Manager to join their team.
· Develop and Maintain strategic alliances with client base.
· Effectively manage each assigned case.
· Communication of key issues and concerns to Senior Executives.
· Resolution of issues in a timely manner through interface with account management team and senior executives.
· Liaison between his/her assigned clients, insurance carriers, and other third party vendors.
· Prepare, review, and finalization of all renewal and marketing presentations.
· Analyze contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
· Coordinate and monitor all open enrollment activities of his/her assigned cases.
· Manage client information in the database.
· Meet deadlines and commitments.
Requirements:
4+ years Employee Benefits Experience NecessaryHealth and Life License preferredDegree preferredIntermediate Excel Skills necessaryExcellent organization, communication and presentational skills necessaryOur client offers a competitive salary range in the 75k to 100k range plus full benefits.
