<P align=center>We are currently seeking two dynamic candidates for: </P>
<P align=center>Emergency/Trauma Nursing Management Coordinators</P>
<P align=center>Part-time/Days/Evenings</P>
<P>The talented individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Emergency Department and Trauma. These individuals will work with other leadership staff to:</P>
<UL>
<LI>supervise/evaluate/orientate staff with an emphasis on education, competencies and JCAHO readiness </LI>
<LI>ensure institutional quality management </LI>
<LI>schedule staff </LI>
<LI>demonstrate fiscal responsibility </LI>
<LI>provide outstanding customer service </LI>
<LI>develop policies and procedures, participate in management teams and committees.</LI></UL>
<P>The ideal candidates will have a current<STRONG> CA RN license & BSN. </STRONG>These positions require 3-5 years’ previous related department experience, including 1 year of leadership experience (i.e. charge nurse), basic proficiency with computer systems (word processing and spreadsheets) and CQI team experience. Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Management or related field preferred. Previous management/clinical experience may be considered in lieu of education.</P>
