LOCATION:               

Langhorne, PA

 

 

SALARY:                    

$35,000  to  $45,000

 

 

DURATION:

Our Client, established in 1981, is the industry leader in the manufacture of solid-state electronic kilowatt-hour submeters, automatic meter reading software and other energy management products and services. Their products are installed worldwide for tenant billing, cost allocation, demand side management, energy conservation and load profiling in skyscrapers, shopping centers, airports, factories, office buildings, apartment buildings, college campuses and government facilities.

 

To position itself for international growth, our Client has established a network of over 4,000 distributors supported by independent sales representative agencies throughout the world. They maintain a in-house engineering staff for hardware/software development, sales and technical support for pre- and post-sale assistance. The company's customer base ranges from small retail stores to Fortune 500 corporations.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Understand schematic diagrams / blueprints / drawings.Set up and perform electrical tests Assembly, rewiring and repair of electronic products to component level.  Equipment calibrationPreparation of basic technical reports.Ability to trouble shoot, build and repair surface mount technology or through-hole assemblies.Provide production assistance with soldering and inspecting workmanship. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:2 + years experience in electronic repair, testing, and troubleshooting electronics.Associates Degree or Equivalent Training.  Knowledge of MS Windows 98/2000Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.Strong attention to detail a must.IPC Soldering Certification a PLUS.
