M/D Totco is part of the National Oilwell Varco family of companies.  We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our new product development team in Cedar Park, TX.  The role is responsible for the the design of embedded controller and microprocessor based high speed digital circuits, low noise analog instrumentation circuits, digital communication circuits and associated electronic circuits.  This role will also contribute to system and architecture design along with assisting with PCB development while working closely with members of our marketing, sales, field engineering and engineering teams. 

The qualified candidate will have a BS degree in Electronics/Computer Science with preference given to a MS degree.  Three years of design experience related to digital/analog circuit development along with two years experience working with industrial system design and firmware design/development is required.  Additional required experience includes actual and direct design experience with microcontrollers/processors, instrumentation amplifiers, ADC and D/A combined with exposure to industrial manufacturing.
