Here is your chance to move up to a recession-proof multi billion dollar division of a Fortune 100 corporation.  This company holds 50% of the U. S. market in one of its product lines.  They have a beautiful facility with their own cafeteria, fitness center, jogging trails, and media center, all in a semi-rural setting.  The Product Design Engineer will be handling low power, analog design projects which incorporate AC/DC and DC/DC voltage conversions.  Reporting to a Section Head, this person will have one technician under them.  There will be little hands-on design, as the Engineer will be working with foreign vendors doing the CAD work.  They will be working closely with marketing, writing up design specifications, analyzing ORCAD designs, coordinating prototype construction, supervising vendors, and handling the product testing and troubleshooting.  Other duties include EMI, magnetic, and RF certification.  The salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on level of experience.   Their benefits are among the best I have seen and include relocation assistance, profit sharing trust with company stock (5% of salary first year, 1% per year service following), 401 (k) plan, four different medical plans, 90% company paid in-network, personal wellness programs, dental, short & long term disability, long term care, life insurance, travel insurance, vision care, survivor income insurance, child/dependent care assistance, and more.
