Immediate Electrical Project Management Positions Available!

Location: Orange County, CA

Our client is currently seeking additional Electrical Project Managers due to the expansion in their office who can manage 4-8 complex electrical commercial projects simultaneously and who can achieve specific business objectives in a professional and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be the primary contact person to our customers throughout the length of the project and will completely manage the order process from order conversion to final shipment, financial billing, and job close-out.  An electrical industry background would be very beneficial.  Candidates must be able to: read electrical plans and specifications, One-line diagrams, electrical schedules, resolve technical issues, and communicate with customers, distributors, sales engineers, and our manufacturing plants.  A four year engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.  A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task.  Candidates must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and follow-up.  Preferred candidate will have knowledge of electrical distribution products, control products, drives and possess a high-energy can-do attitude. Strong negotiation, communication, facilitation, time management and organizational skills a must. Project Management experience, good computer skills, and electrical industry knowledge are a plus.

Salary: $75,000-$105,000 We are willing to discuss bonus goals. Great medical, dental, 401K with match, profit sharing on top of the 401K, long and short-term disability. Vehicle, cell phone, and business expenses are part of the package.
