 Our client has immediate openings for an Electrical Engineer in Tucson, AZ.

Working in support of a manufacturing work center this person will handle a variety of support functions to include:  Troubleshooting failures at System, Sub-system, and Board level; coordination of obsolescence issues; ROHS compliance; Board level test design (ICT, Flying Probe, and functional); ESD at both System and Sub-system levels; Supplier Audit support for cable design and PCBA manufacturing.  Experience with motor driver test fixtures, valves (electrical/mechanical) and compressors is also necessary for success.

General responsibilities will include participation in design reviews, factory support for line operators as well as external support for new design integration, development and implementation of manufacturing test equipment in support of improvement initiatives. Analyzes data, evaluates results, forms conclusions and provides/implements process or document improvements.  Utilizes DOE where appropriate.

General Job Requirements:  BS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent in a directly related discipline. 5 years of related experience.  Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.
