POSITION LISTING : Electrical Engineer

POSITION LOCATION : St.Albans, Vermont

POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The employment opening is for an Electrical Hardware Engineer in the Electrical Engineering Department of a growing biomedical instrumentation company.  Primary responsibilities include sustaining engineering support for existing products, new electronic product designs, test engineering, manufacturing support, and engineering/manufacturing documentation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  A minimum of three years experience as an Electrical Engineer in an electro-mechanical design and manufacturing environment is required.  You must have skills in the complete product development cycle from initial design specifications through complete manufacturing documentation.  Desired skills include: analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, analog PCB layout, embedded system development, test engineering, and detailed engineering and manufacturing documentation.

EDUCATION : this position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, have a strong technical foundation, superior attention to detail, and be able to work independently and or with a cross functional group.
