IMMEDIATE NEED for (1) FIELD ENGINEER, based in either Reno or Las Vegas, NV. Duties and Responsibilities: Looking specifically for a Field Engineer with protective relaying experience. Someone who can design, install, program and test complex power system protective relays. Additional skills include: Troubleshooting capabilities, simple relay calibration, use of load recording instrumentation, low and medium voltage switchgear testing through 15 kV class. Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME and no experience OR Graduate of applicable Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent and three years minimum same or similar work experience with complex relays. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as OSHA and NFPA. Passed or could pass NETA (National Electrical Testing Association) exam. Good theoretical understanding of electrical power systems. Valid Driver’s License required. Company vehicle-$56K - $65K base pay, plus all the over time you want to work, great benefits, APPLY TODAY. Questions you will be asked:
