Conceptualization and development of project cost estimates for existing $MM refineries.    Located in Bakersfield, CA, 93309 (Central California valley)

 

The Job:

Develop project estimates for new, revamp, and add-on facilities ranging from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars.Prepare conceptual and appropriation grade estimates for capital expansions in existing refineriesPrepare estimates for turn-around, revamp, de-bottlenecking and grassroots projects in existing refineries

 

Qualifications:

Familiarity with ICARUS 2000 – CCOST & IMP (Icarus Project Management Estimating program or QUESTIMATE Estimating a plusSolid background in the Project Control area of Estimating in both the Chemical and Petrochemical industriesDevelopment of project estimates for new, revamp, and add-on facilities ranging from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars.Experience preparing conceptual and appropriation grade estimates for capital expansions in existing refineriesExperience preparing estimates for turn-around, revamp, bottleneck elimination and grassroots projects in existing refineriesDegree required and approximately 10 years of experience in similar positionCandidates must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident - No H1B visasPosition located in California.  No Relocation is being offered for this position.  Per diem available to those that qualify
