Electrical Engineer- Alaska Permanent, full-time position based at remote station ninety miles outside of Fairbanks, AK. Position includes competitive salary and base housing. JOB SUMMARY: Resolves engineering problems related to electrical power distribution. Prepares construction project designs, specifications, costs estimates surveys and project documentation. Provides solution to customer representatives and site management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university required. Minimum three years work experience in maintenance of power production and power distribution systems. Two years minimum experience in an Air Force Civil Engineering organization as activity duty member or DoD civilian. Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance and Government driver’s license.
