Lead the work execution efforts associated with the Electrical Reliability capability. Responsible for Safety, Environmental and Regulatory Culture/Results for the Electrical Crafts. Own Electrician 2008 safety plan. Ensure total compliance with NFPA/NEC expectations. Execute FHR’s Personal Development system for the Electrical Craft. Training owner for the electrical craft. Perform refinery basic training, as needed (electrical safety). Electrician craftsmanship quality and productivity. Support craft planning and scheduling improvements.

Work Experience/Skills Required:
Journeyman Electrician in a process plant or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Working level knowledge of Microsoft office tools. 

Work Experience/Skills Preferred:
Previous supervision experience in a strong labor environment. 

Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Education Preferred:
2 year degree in a technical school in electrical, instrumentation, and/or analyzers.
