Our client is the leading provider of CRM software for higher education.  This software enables colleges to effectively recruit prospects and communicate with applicants, students, and alumni. They are expanding their sales force due to the recent introduction of a new SaaS platform, and have asked us to assist them in locating a new Regional Account Executive to market this program to colleges and universities in the Southern US. Working from your home-based office, this territory covers the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia and will require up to 25% overnight travel.

The candidate we seek will have a 4-year degree and 5-7 years experience selling software.  Experience selling high volume transactional software/licensing, web based applications, Web 2.0 and SaaS experience are highly desired.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $145-175K the first year based on a starting salary of $70-85K (depending on experience)  plus commission paid monthly which typically adds another $75-90K per year depending upon performance. In addition, you will receive all travel expenses, a comprehensive benefit package as well as the opportunity to move into sales management in a rapidly growing company.
