DeVry University seeks an Educational Advisor to assist prospective students from across the state of South Carlolina.

Responsibilities of this position will include:
-From a home office setting within the South Carolina territory, you will be responsible for:
-Contacting prospective students who have expressed interest in DeVry University or it’s programs
-Conduct college entrance interviews in the students home or a mutually agreed upon location, follow-up (including re-visit when necessary) with applicants and assist with all pre-registration responsibilities of the students
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting data, effectively communicate with team members including manager and high school presenter, exhibit the standards of excellence students, parents, and educators have come to expect from DeVry University.

This position provides base salary (based on experience and education level), travel expenses paid by DeVry, lap-top computer and high speed internet card, some home office expenses are paid, the absolute best training in the business, opportunities for advancement, and the benefit of helping to impact young men and women in a positive way.

Education, experience, knowledge and skills required for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree and outside sales experience strongly preferred.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and out of the home.
This position requires extensive use of the computer and telephone
Must be able to work under limited supervision and have own transportation.
May require some overnight travel due to size of territory.
Candidates should be motivated to achieve success in sales and meet recruitment goals.
