EDUCATION SALES MANAGER

JOICO/ISO/SENSCIENCE 

Zotos International, Inc. a leader in the professional hair care industry, has an immediate opening for an Education Sales Manager for the JOICO, ISO and Senscience brands.  The territory for this position includes California, Arizona and Nevada, with a preferred home base of Las Vegas or Phoenix.  Quarterly customer visits to Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida and Alabama are required.  

Responsibilities include:

·         Effectively conduct salon education within the assigned region, shows/events and training salon personnel.  This includes training stylists, retail sales professionals and other trainers.

·         Develop strong partnerships with employees at every level within the assigned territory.

·         Develop education and sales programs, including concepts and systems for training and tracking.

·         Provide Management with feedback on programs, products, additional customer needs, requirements and competitive activities.

·         Recruit, train and develop a strong education team. 

·         Manage all required administrative duties efficiently, accurately while meeting required deadlines.

Job Requirements:

·         Proficient in JOICO, ISO and Senscience philosophies and concepts helpful.

·         Five years management/education experience with a minimum of five years industry experience.

 Prior background in beauty education, training, and hair color a must.

·         Strong leadership, presentation and training skills in hair coloring and styling.

·         Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

·         Cosmetology license required.

·         Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with heavy travel.
