In this role you will work closely with the Training staff in our Washington, DC regional office and headquarters in Redlands to provide essential support critical to the success of daily training operations. DepartmentEducational Services – Teaching Services, Washington DCResponsibilitiesPrepare enrollment and instructor coverage reports and metrics for all local classes to assist in planning class schedules and instructor assignments Review class registrations to ensure classes should be confirmed or cancelled and notify the appropriate staff to help increase enrollment numbersEnsure local training schedule reflects the current status of class dates and instructor assignments; coordinate the identification of staff for instructor coverage/availabilityServe as initial point of contact for client and staff inquiries regarding training information; ensures prompt, accurate, and courteous assistancePrepare quotes for client-site training, communicate training requirements for training at the client-site, and schedule training based on available instructor resources and classroom availability Create and maintain manual document files for tracking scheduled client-site training requestsCoordinate ESRI off-site training agreements and training schedules with the facility, contracts, and the Redlands Learning Center; verify off-site facilities and client-sites have required software and hardware systems to support training Coordinate delivery of course materials by working with the Redlands Learning Center Set up classroom to prepare for course trainingEnter, update, and query information in databases and produces reports using Excel, SAP, and PivotalResearch and make recommendations for future training opportunities and initiates inside sales calls to prospective training leadsDeliver exceptional customer service evidenced by customer satisfaction and resultsRequirementsTwo years of experience in event scheduling, customer service, data entry, or logistical and project coordinationExperience building strong working relationships with internal and external clientsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAbility to type 45 WPMExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and departments Strong results oriented work ethicExceptional emotional intelligence with great critical thinking skillsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to organize and express ideas clearlyRecommended QualificationsA.A. degree in business administration or related fieldStrong business acumen Knowledge of ESRI business relationships and software Experience with Pivotal and SAP R/3 strongly preferred
