Remedy has an immediate opening for eCommerce Manager located in Colorado Springs.
Manages and executes eCommerce strategic initiatives by working with the Director eCommerce and business owners for New Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Business Clients to create online marketing promotions and campaigns aimed at driving new customer traffic to our sites, providing a better customer experience, improving customer retention online, and maximizing overall profitability for new and existing orders via eCommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Creates and executes the internet marketing strategy to drive profitability, maximize new customer acquisition efforts, strengthen overall retention rates, increase operating efficiencies, and favorably impact customer’s lifetime value by providing input on all aspects of internet advertising, content site management, online communication, and promotional activities for all business ventures.
Manages the search engine internet expense budget by creating, managing, and executing a search engine strategy for all brands. Manages the overall internet expense budget on a monthly basis by budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring total internet spend.
Supports eCommerce website content updates by coordinating site changes with IT and Marketing business owners including site presentation, product presentation, pricing changes, and text and image modifications.
Supports new customer acquisition and reorder internet performance objectives by aggressively testing new offers, promotions, pricing, and products online.
Develops and implements new customer acquisition and retention initiatives by managing search engine keyword buys, email acquisition newsletters, and exploring other online advertising vehicles.
Coordinates communication of eCommerce acquisition and retention initiatives for all brands by meeting with appropriate business owners and establishing an effective communication plan.
Supports and maintains ethics of the business by protecting customer and financial information, applying company’s core values, and complying with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Must have experience driving revenue through the internet and experience with 'shopping cart'
