Position:  Senior Principal Countermeasures Systems Engineer  

 

Background Required:

 

Must have a Secret Clearance!

 

Minimum of a BS Degree in engineering or a technical discipline

 

At Least 9 years in with DoD system development; integration and test of countermeasures or electronic warfare systems

 

Knowledge of military communication Systems and RF propagation

Serve as the technical lead for teams that develop, integrate and demonstrate new countermeasure, and electronic warfare systems. Responsible for providing technical direction to teams that include engineers and technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and technical consultants. Responsibility for program technical execution, and will often be the primary technical interface with the customer. Will assist the Program Manager with developing solutions and proposals, assessing performance, and implementing engineering processes and practices at the program level, including translating company standard processes and contract requirements to system engineering management plans (SEMP); coordinating and controlling execution of engineering tasks to the SEMP; eliciting and assimilating customer needs; translating needs to requirements specifications; developing system solutions that meet requirements; synthesizing the hardware and software elements of the solution into an integrated system; verifying that the integrated solution meets requirements.
