JOB TITLE:  EAM System Administrator

JOB LOCATION:  Salt Lake City, Utah

MISSION: AMD is seeking a motivated System Administrator / IT Specialist for their international operations. AMD operates six water bottling facilities for the US Military in Iraq. AMD has offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kuwait, and Iraq and employs individuals from the US, Mexico, Australia, Romania, India, the Philippines, and Kuwait.

REPORTING TO:  Director of IT Services

RESPONSIBILTIES: System Administration of corporate EAM software, screen setup, user rights, groups, etc. Training end-users on use of EAM processes and functionality; must understand and convey process flows, etc. Know how to configure report writers and write SQL queries. Be Point of Contact for all technical issues with EAM.  Knowledge of Infor (Datastream) 7iEE EAM and Cognos report writer a plus.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

·        Understand, create, and maintain administration functionalities in EAM for users, groups, status authorizations, system codes, approval flows, etc.

·        Be domain expert on current and future functionality enhancements for each system module such as Work, Materials, Equipment, Purchasing, etc.

·        Provide training to company employees on use of EAM

·        Create and provide training materials, Perform training of personnel

·        Provide internal support capturing, prioritizing, resolving, and publishing solutions

·        Create and maintain reports, dataspys, and inbox queries

·        Be POC for all EAM related issues

·        Periodic travel to Middle East, including Iraq

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·        Conceptual understanding of relational database applications

·        Prior experience with EAM/CMMS solutions in manufacturing/production

·        Experience and working knowledge with report writing tools

·        Basic database administrator skills

·        Knowledge of PL/SQL language

·        Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent

·        Excellent people skills

QUALIFICATIONS A PLUS:

·        Prior experience with Infor (Datastream) 7iEE/BE

·        Experience with report writing using Cognos ReportNet

·        Experience with Flex SQL business rule writing

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Information Technology related field
