Job Description:

In order to help facilitate our continued growth, Mosaic Tile Company is adding Counter Sales/Customer Service positions in our Chantilly, VA and Lorton, VA locations. Counter Sales/Customer Service positions involve a variety of functions including:

Order Processing Special Order Transactions Telephone sales and order processing Shipping and Receiving Duties End of Day reconciliation procedures Design Center selections Reviewing and Processing Daily Reports Coordinating branch deliveries

As a Company, Mosaic Tile consistently works to promote from within. The Counter Sales position provides excellent opportunities for those interested in learning about Ceramic Tile and the Distribution business.

 

Additionally, upon completion of the Counter Sales Program employees are strongly considered for the Manager Trainee Program.  This program is the stepping stone that will bring an employee to the point of being able to manage their own Mosaic Tile Company location.

Outgoing, friendly personality Customer Service Oriented Attitude Self-directed, highly motivated Task oriented Strong work ethic Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Specific Skills/Knowledge required include:

Ability to multi-task Knowledge of Inside sales techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Intermediate level typing skills preferred Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
