Aquilent currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Systems Architect with ASP.NET, ASP, SQL, and Oracle experience. Specifically looking for a candidate to design, develop, and support our federal client’s property management system in Washington, DC. This will be a client interfacing role which requires the right candidate to have strong communication and customer service skills.

The successful candidate will design and implement functionality using phased delivery schedules, identify new production environment requirements, and contribute to System Development Lifecycle documentation.

Required Skills:

Expertise / experience with:

Developing and writing applications design and configuration documents at a proficient level C#, ASP.NET, ASP, Web Services, Visual Studio/Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server and Oracle. The use of Oracle Database and SQL (and PL/SQL) RDBMS systems that support web-based applications Relational database design architecture, programming and experience in data migration The Visual Studio .NET toolset Configuration of the .NET framework Developing and deploying web services Configuring and assessing Internet Information Server (IIS) Application integration with Microsoft Active Directory (AD)

Ability to:

Quickly gather and apply technical/domain knowledge about existing systems. Work closely and effectively within a small/medium sized team and take design responsibility for functionality. Design, analyze and implement enterprise solutions.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelors DegreeAt least ten years of demonstrated practical experience developing enterprise solutions. Demonstrated experience with full SDLC. Oracle and Microsoft MCSD .NET certifications highly desired. MCA certification is a plus.
