Old Republic Home Protection, established in 1974 and currently the nation’s third largest home warranty company, is seeking a highly motivated, outside sales Account Executive to build a successful sales territory in the Virginia Beach territory.

Position Summary:

Account Executives promote ORHP products and services through face-to-face and phone contact with the real estate community in an effort to generate warranty sales. A key to success is building long-term relationships that generate multiple sales. The Account Executive is responsible for all sales and promotion within the defined territory, and acts as a liaison between clients and our Service Department. This position requires travel within defined territory: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth & Suffolk.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated sales professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values

Experience in real estate field and/or related industry

Proven ability to meet sales goals

Adaptable to change as required by industry or company

Outstanding communication and persuasion skills

Use of creative ways to promote the Company is a plus!

Experience in public speaking to small & large groups

Strong leadership & mentoring skills

Computer Skills: Above average knowledge of MS Office Suite
