Divisional Finance Manager

Proven financial leader to drive improved business performance, achieve stated corporate objectives, and increase economic/shareholder value, accomplished by the following:
1) Identify opportunities and provide guidance to improve operating results of underperforming assets
2) Use financial analysis to accurately forecast sales, gross margin and expense trends
3) Identify approaches that capitalize on emerging customer, market needs and opportunities
4) Provide guidance and timely reporting to maintain an ROI focused environment
5) Build cross-functional alliances (Merchant, Operators, Logistics, Transportation, etc) to align goals and measures
6) Work with Divisional and Regional teams to enhance financial.

REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
1. 2-4 Years experience in Finance or Accounting
2. BS in business discipline such as Finance or Accounting
3. Retail, consumer products or service industry experience
4. Strong finance and analytical skills including month end closing and financial statement analysis
5. Strong computer system skills in Microsoft Office, Hyperion Essbase, Database Query
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
1. Executive presence, strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
2. Personal characteristics should include drive, strong work ethic, integrity, sense of urgency, energetic, hands on and results oriented
