Position Information
The Director will provide business and clinical direction for the invasive and noninvasive heart and vascular services at two St. Luke’s campuses - Boise and Meridian.
Responsibilities include the oversight of a total of 5 cath labs, 1 EP lab, and cardiac diagnostic departments. The facilities perform more than 5,000 procedures annually with over 400 open heart surgeries per year.
Oversees 63 FTEs with four direct reports.
Reports to the Administrator of the Center for Heart and Vascular Services.
Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree in a health-related field and previous management experience within cardiac cath lab. Registered nurse preferred but not required.
Experience with strategic planning and budgeting a plus.

The Organization
St. Luke’s Center for Heart and Vascular Health has been serving the community for more than 40 years and is dedicated to providing the highest level of care with state-of-the-art equipment and skilled physicians and nurses.
St. Luke’s was the first facility in Idaho to perform an open heart surgery in 1968. Today, St. Luke’s is the only facility in the region with a pediatric CV program.
The center supports the region through partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and regional clinics, and offers classes and screenings to promote heart and vascular health.
