Russell Stover Candies is seeking a Division Manager to provide leadership to a team of Sales Representatives within a specific geographic area to achieve sales goals, enhance distribution and implement display execution.
Accountabilities:
Lead a team of 10-20 Sales Representatives (FT and PT) to achieve sales goals.Hire, train, coach and develop staff within the territory; follow company diversity and affirmative action goals. Ensure all customer needs are met within the geographic territory.Responsible for making calls on established accounts and supporting the Account Manager's promotional programs and other activities.Confer with the Divisional Vice President on complex issues and establish sales objectives for each territory.Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in all sales responsibilities.Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or 3-5 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods selling to grocery, drug and mass merchants.People management responsibility for a team of at least 10-20 employees.Travel up to 60% including overnights.Strong relationship building skills required.Able to bend and lift up to 40lbs.If you have the drive and desire, Russell Stover Candies offers far more than just a good opportunity.
