QUALIFICATIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS REQUIREMENTS: •Responsible for Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana territories. •80% travel is required. •Provide management and technical sales guidance to district dealers to insure that sales goals are met. •Promote the sales of trucks within the district through direct dealer and customer contact. Assist dealers in planning achieving sales objectives. •Assist in consummating sales as appropriate. •Monitor and report district dealer sales performance. •Provide technical sales and/or business management expertise to resolve difficult situations or conditions. •Provide for training and/or headquarters staff assistance as necessary. •Liaise and share information with Region Dealer Operations Management, Parts and Service as well as other field and corporate staff to insure the every effort is made to develop dealers in a way that will maximize their efficiency and profitability.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with at least eight (8) years of substantial business experience in a truck related field or a related discipline required or 10 years of proven truck sales experience in lieu of a degree.
