We have an entrepreneurial spirit and continue to thrive in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. As we continue to expand, we are searching for a DISTRICT SALES MANAGER to grow our business to deeper and greater dimensions. Summary: This position is responsible for implementing the appropriate sales strategy to ensure company meets account acquisition goals through the use of Business Development sales team. Responsibilities: 1. Coach, mentor and develop sales personnel. 2. Effectively recruit and train sales personnel. 3. Assist sales personnel on calls to new accounts. 4. Prepare proposals,presentations and pricing. 5. Prepare sales and activity reports, communication & follow up. 6. Assists in planning annual goals, appraisals, personnel issues. 7. Distributes performance objectives to meet team objectives for sales, GP and NP.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree preferred. At least 5-8 years successful experience in sales management in a business-to-business selling environment managing a multi-tiered sales organization. You must be results oriented, self motivated and driven by both financial and career opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Skills Required: 1. All core skills and knowledge of the BDA/BDM job. 2. Advanced selling & negotiation skills. 3. Management skills (mentoring, coaching, counseling) for sales personnel optimization. 4. High level of business acumen. 5. Excellent computer skills and technology competence. 6. At least 5 years successful experience in a business-to-business selling environment managing a multi-tiered team based sales organization.
