WILCOHESS, LLC (dba WILCO), a regional leader in operating fast, friendly, and clean convenience stores, has several exciting career opportunities for District Managers.  There are WILCO Convenience Stores located in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.  Responsibilities include the general operation and maintenance of the Convenience Stores, and the requirement to meet budgeted operational goals.  Relocation may be necessary. 

Primary areas of responsibility will include implementing and maintaining WILCO Customer Service Standards, the control of cash and retail inventory, management of the daily reporting process, directing all personnel related issues, implementation of marketing programs, supervision of janitorial, maintenance, and cashier staffs, recruiting and retention activities, and coordination of store level training activities.

The ideal District Manager candidate will have two or more years of multi-unit management experience in a retail environment including:  travel plazas/centers/truck stops, convenience stores, grocery stores, and other regional or national retail chains.  Fast food backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates must possess the ability to read and interpret business documents, and must possess the ability to apply business math.  Candidates should also be proficient in basic computer operations.

These positions include local daily travel within an assigned geographic region once training is completed.  Some overnight stays are required.
