Provide operations and merchandising training, education and support for Store Coaches and Associates. Teach hardlines and softlines merchandise display and presentation techniques to the Store Coach Team during store visits. Ensure implementation and adherence to corporate operations and merchandising and Human Resources programs. Develop and support Store specific merchandising programs and policies. Communicate Store issues and concerns to KRC for follow up and correction. Evaluate current operational and merchandising programs for strengths and effectiveness, communicate suggestions and ideas. Develop and support Store financial plans with Store Coaches to improve sales and profitability.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or preferred equivalent. 2. Minimum of five years retail experience or preferred equivalent. 3. Extensive knowledge of store merchandising, operations and retail management practices and procedures. 4. Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of internal and external team members. 5. Ability to travels 4-5 days a week. 6. Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret information and then implement developed and approved solutions. Computer skills, including; Word, Excel and Outlook. 7. Strong leadership and organizational skills necessary to receive disseminate, and follow-up to corporate information flow.
