This opportunity is for the individual who is tired of being told what to do and wants to be a part of the planning process.  My Client, a 13bil dollar corporation has just broken in to the medical field and needs a leader to grow the sales organization.  There are certain characteristics necessary for this individual to be successful, what follows is a quick outline:

1.)     Ability to travel freely, US Coast to Coast as well as Europe.

2.)     At least 3-4 years managing field based medical personnel.

3.)     Medical or background in sales, management or marketing.

4.)     Desire to make the rules and grow an early stage company.

5.)     Thrive in the unknown/chaos.

6.)     Proven, documented track record.

Client plans to cross 100mil by 2012 through acquisition and growth of current product line, currently 40mil.  The successful candidate will assume a Director role in sales, then move to VP of Sales and depending on growth curve, VP of Sales and Marketing US, then VP of Sales and Marketing Global.
