Implements Loss Prevention programs and shrink reduction objectives in order to achieve Corporate objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Strongly preferred Minimum of five years of retail Loss Prevention management experience with some supervisory and/or investigative experience or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of Loss Prevention practices, procedures and criminal justice system practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred.
